Modern Agile 
is a movement that set out to update and broaden the definition of Agile that was originally articulated in the Agile Manifesto .
Modern agile methods are defined by four guiding principles: * Make People Awesome * Make Safety a Prerequisite * Experiment & Learn Rapidly * Deliver Value Continuously
I have always felt a little uncomfortable with the wording of these, so I have modified them to: * Empower Greatness * Build Trusting Relationships * Create by Learning * Deliver Value to Others
Additionally, I got to wonder if there might be possible to simplify these principals further, making them easier to remember and apply every day.
What if Agile was expressed by four behaviors, rather than four principals?
What if the four Agile behaviors were to: * Love * Trust * Learn * Deliver
Might it be valuable, then to evaluate adherence to the Spirit of Agile based on these behaviors?
