The creator of the ship. It can be one of one or multiple people. We can consider that all ships are created through a self-bootstrap voyage of the founder(s).
This voyage represents whatever work has taken place to create it. Creation story/myths are nice, though the work doesn't necessarily need to be written down or justified. A point of creation everyship has one or more shipwrights and where multiple they should have founding agreements between them.
Shipwright (Founder): The visionary or visionaries behind the ship. They lay the groundwork, defining the ship’s initial direction and purpose. The shipwright is responsible for setting the maiden voyage, outlining its objectives, and determining the initial share allocations.
