Every voyage has a structure for the people onboard. This structure draws from the language of sailing, but one which we interpret in a context to modern creative teamwork.
A crew must be under the captaincy of a single captain. Ideally each voyage has a voyage captain in place. However some voyages may be captained by the Astral Captain, or to a person that she chooses.
