Collective Flow

As an individual, Flow happens in the learning process when the rate of creativity is exponentially accelerated.

When teams work together, there are moments of shared creativity where solutions appear almost magically woven together by their shared intuitions.

The most powerful part of these interactions is often a rapid-fire ideation where team members ask “What if...?” questions that help define the next phase of their work.
