Continually Learn

>Openness to continual learning lets you escape browbeating a problem into submission and instead help the system allow itself to be restructured.

Joshua found that by walking in with the perspective of "solving a problem" brought with it an assumption that he knew where the problem was. That perspective limited his view of the impact of any changes on the entire system and his ability to creatively address the challenge.

Often, he found himself "stuck in a box".

By stepping back back letting the system tell him what it was doing, his mind opened to other aspects of the problem and other solutions.

The process of zooming in and out helped him learn more about how the system worked. Time was necessary to let the system teach him.
