Die Paradoxie des Entscheidens

If we want to pursue the idea that an organization consists operationally of (the communication of) decisions, much will depend on what is meant by the term "decision." At this point, one would think, theory development can still be controlled, whereas in what follows it will then quickly become too confusing for self-control. If one asks the literature dealing with decisions, one finds at best the information that it is a matter of choice. This sounds very harmless, almost like a tautology, but possibly contains theory dispositions that would have to be checked.
