Effectuation

Effectuation is an entrepreneurial decision logic that can be used in situations of high uncertainty. It does not require past data and Predictions of the future based on it, but focuses on the ability to act based on individual means and co-creation with others. Effectuation is primarily applied to the development of business opportunities and business models in situations where resilient forecasts are not possible or useful due to high uncertainty.
