Empirical Solutions

There are two possible solutions. Both are empirically observable. One is Hypocrisy, the other is an appeal to values. Hypocrisy is a form of "long-term investment in morality."[4] Long-term because it preserves the criteria, at least communicatively. This reaction can already be found among the Romantics after the disappointments of the French Revolution: moral concepts must contribute to the general fund of humanity.[5] There is a Risk that communication will change its object and make hypocrisy itself the object. But this risk can be reduced if everyone, for example the entire political system or the Church itself, chooses this way out.
