# Situation
As educators, our lives are hectic and we are continually being pulled in multiple directions. As soon as you finish one activity, you are plunged into the next, with little, if any, opportunity to reflect on what was learned, making your experiences often feel random and disjointed.
# Action
At the end of each sprint, create time and space to reflect on and process the learning in order to uncover a richer meaning and reveal intentional next steps.
During the retrospective, identify surprises, name them, and explore together the implications of this new understanding. By naming and defining your insights, you will be able to better share their essence with others.
