We dive progressively deeper into into what we want of a small wiki and how we might implement it.

We want a creative environment where strangers can meet and make things of lasting value together.
We want a hypertext that responds to increased understanding through branching, refactoring and remixing otherwise plain content.
We want our work safe when it is being worked and stable when left unattended.

This top-down approach is not working for me. I am so far away from important decisions I feel I must work on those, or on an environment for making those before writing about them here.
