Inline CSS Audit

Here, as part of a look at improving the use of CSS, we look at the style that is inlined by the client and plugins. Each plugin will get its own page.

Searching in the code for 'style' will find the majority of the items of interest. There will be the occasional instance of the style will be defined elsewhere.
