Liquid Peer Review is a the application of liquid democracy to scientific peer review.
The original software and research on this topic was undertaken between 1988 and 1993 at the Multimedia Authoring Centre of Charing Cross Hospital Medical School in London.
The current implementation is now in its third iteration, and has been ported to rust. For short term development we recommend the use of the C++ based blockchain implementation, although you will need to migrate the data to the polkadot based implementation by autumn 2020.
