We show clickable thumbnails for images not yet part of any place page. From these we make templates that can start new places or contribute to existing ones.
Read assets-source for uploaded images filtering out those already placed. Read system/sitemap and images.json eventually.
Create ghost page for new places. Download new images.json to speed up filtering.
