Here we look at how to work with maps in wiki. In particular we want to look out how we can use wiki to create and document walks, oral histories, and map festivals.
The About Map Plugin does a fairly good job of representing and aggregating maps in wiki. There are however a couple Map Issues, but nothing that prevents us from gathering and working with map data.
# Collecting Map Points
The easiest way to add a map point is to use the Map Transport. You can search for, or manually locate the point you are looking for using MapBox, or OpenStreetMap. Then just drag and drop the url onto the transporter.
# Create Walking Paths
