I mainly do development courses focused on improving communication and collaboration, leadership, team development and project management. Participants appreciate my lecturing skills, enthusiasm, ability to engage, listen and motivate. I combine experiential methods, leadership, emotional intelligence and mindfulness in the programs I like to devise. site

I graduated from the Technical University of Pardubice, I completed my studies with the degree of Ing. Subsequently, I completed additional pedagogical studies at the Faculty of Arts of the University of Pardubice. I have completed the Manager Coach Training, MUSTR Men's Group Leadership Training in the Open Men's League Prague, IPMA certification and I am currently in training in the Relational Mindfulness Training Program.
