This is an interesting example because of two reasons:
1. It is an example of how we use GT to uncover a domain ahead of development. In such a scenario, we use GT to iterate primarily with the business side. So, we literally create an environment that integrates non-technical and can influence high level-decision making.
2. It is also an example of how using custom tools systematically can uncover patterns in data that are otherwise invisible. There isn't a shortage of tries to help people learn from their own private data. Still, from what we saw, I believe the kind of things we could document are significantly deeper in comparison to others. This suggests that the principle of guiding any exploration in a computer by means of custom tools is universal.
