We will create a questionnaire as a Template and replace questions with answers in interviews. The questions are never far away and easily reviewed with multiple respondents in a lineup.
# Fork
In the simplest form one author creates a page of questions titled, say, Questions for Ward. Ward forks this page and replaces each question with an answer.
In the best scenario, the question author sees a newer page which would be the answers to the questions. These are both compact pages that can be synchronized by shift-hovering through questions or answers.
# Template
With only one site, an author can prepare a list of questions in a template, say Interview Template, then make a series of pages, like John Doe Interview, that are created from the Template.
In this case the single author records interview answers all in the same site. Again shift-hover synchronization works but now works with many respondents at once.
