We mention here pages from sites we would like to see indexed. We speak of forking a page but I'm pretty sure that just including a Reference will introduce the whole site to indexing.
I just checked. Here is where in the scrape I notice an item with a field "site" which the Reference plugin exposes when a page is updated. github
