State of Each Sphere

Click on each sphere in sequence. Make an assessment of its state and choose an associated color. Once you have done this for all 11 spheres, make a note of each spheres number and color. Then double click on the white space in the graphic. This will open the instructions that create the graphic. Hash out all the colors except the ones you chose. Then hit escape key and your graphic will be color coded.

The external aspect is severely underdeveloped. The strategic level (top) is in pretty good shape. This picture looks like an early start up, and it is.
