Bloggers author articles to be published into a stream where they can be aggregated with other streams and then read at varying rates by subscribers who will be alerted when new material become available.
We require a method to designate pages to be published as articles. We designating an additional page to be the stream to which we can add links to article pages when they have been completed.
Readers and aggregators will know what has been published by reading about article pages using the RSS protocol which is enabled by adding a for-purpose plugin to the page representing the stream.

The plugin includes a server-side component that will recognize the article links on a page and assemble a RSS XML formatted payload available to readers and aggregators. github 
Publishing this way leaves the articles within the federation where its own culture of sharing remains available.
