It points out that every system develops its own structures and by developing its own structures, its own preferences, also its own words to deal with or not to deal with, its own sentences to repeat, it can build up its own structures by means of such primary structures, by becoming irritated by its own structures, by becoming capable of reacting in a limited sense, and by this being able to go its own way, which is not predetermined by any cultural rule.
