For the KWIC indexes... Can you add a line to the output to say how many lines were excluded and included?

It would also be nice to have a header on the KWIC index 0-9 * A * B * C * D * E * F * G * H * I * J * K * L * M * N * O * P * Q * R * S * T * U * V * W * X * Y * Z
and to use that as a jump to the beginning of the two-letter codes
or some 2 level format
(discussion of how to get wiki pages to scroll using the item ID, can we use that for transcripts and KWIC to align and dispatch?)

Examine the "Frame" items in Typescript Archive and consider how we might add anchors "<a name...>" or similar hooks for within-page indexing. Consider that if a paragraph gets pulled into another page, its data-id goes with it, which is what Wiki uses to highlight twin paragraphs forked from the same source.
