While OneNote, Evernote, and Standard Notes run on all of the personal computing platforms that I use, their data formats are not portable. While you can export data from these applications, you are at the mercy of the application developers for long term access to your data.
Tiddlywiki is a single page application but more importantly it stores data in an open standard format so that as long as web browsers exist one can access and use their data.
Because it is a wiki, Tiddlywiki has an emphasis on internal and external linking and in my opinion relating information to each other is the process by which knowledge is gained. The tagging functionality in Evernote and Standard Notes provides a topic or subject level relationship between information but wiki links provides direct relationship between pieces of information.
