Wiki as Substrate

We imagine wiki as offering agency to members of a community first with words, then data, and now computation.

We've made many steps in this direction starting with mobility of items on a page and pages within the network. We enable plugins of arbitrary origin to seek like-minded partners within a lineup constructed by a user and to then cooperate to ends not yet conceived.

To this end we embrace CORS, CC, and JSON to provide transport, ownership and representation respectively. But we have yet to shed the complexity of javascript and the browsers within which it runs. We are similarly dependent on chips and fiber but not so eager to retreat from these seeking instead their more thoughtful application.
