A Worm Hole is a phenomenon predicted by General Relativity, whereby two Black Holes are connected to each other, creating a portal through Space Time that could conceivably allow transportation of information or materials across vast distances of space faster that the speed of light. It is thought that a Black Hole creates a severe warp whereby Space Time is stretched and even torn. If Exotic Matter could be used to create Anti Gravity to hold the Worm Hole open, it is theoretically possible that one could send information or material through the Worm Hole.
By accelerating one of the Black Holes to near the Speed Of Light, thus pushing it forward in time, it is theoretically possible to create a time differential between the two Black Holes. This type of Worm Hole might allow Time Travelers to send themselves or information, both forward and backward, through time.
