**EVIDENCE:**
Kerry: - No staff.
(Tue-Jul-06-21) Marc: - Kerry is the staff person for content delivery, marketing, outreach. - Others have recently accepted staff responsibility for all the other areas of the organization.
**SUGGESTIONS:**
Kerry: - Need to think about this.
(Tue-Jul-06-21) Marc: - We will in effect avoid the need for Staff Development for a while by attracting skilled staff.
- The area of Content Delivery may require the development of future staff so we should be planning for it--but I still think we should attract already skilled facilitators (content delivery) so orientation more than training is needed.
So, at this time I am setting the Status to Agree or Green.
All of that said, we are working diligently to invent and develop skills in the use of FedWiki and Sofi for such an enterprise.
Each member of the team should have an opportunity to learn something really important for their future work and lives.
