**The ‘hidden curriculum’ of institutionalised college practice** As hinted at points above, the nature of the college lies very much in-the-body of the collective, as *genre* (as distinct from ‘bodies’ of theory that might constitute a taught curriculum): the way that the college *is performed* and moves, as a prefigurative and (re)productive, reflexive agency itself, of the living economy. This continuous participatory performance constitutes a tacit ‘curriculum’ for its participants and an explicit commitment of its designers and stewards.
