Factors Explained

We document the factors to be considered when rating a city on a particular scale.

Click on each link in the Catalog of Scales.

Create a page with a short synopsis describing the purpose and direction of the scale.

Add paragraphs for each factor that contributes to an increased rating along the scale. Supplement this with one good external reference for each factor, maybe wikipedia.

Visualizations like the Radar Chart will often link to or retrieve on hover the synopsis of Scales provided by the Factors Explained pages.
