In any organization there are members who have the creative courage to try something new, knowing that failure is possible. They are excited and vitalized by this challenge.

Every school has innovators. Often, these teachers are working “under the radar”, independent of each other, hidden away behind the walls of their classroom.

There they are experimenting and learning with their students, exploring new ways of teaching, new ways of learning.

The role of the Evangelist is, with the help of mentors, to identify those innovators and, with the support of their leader, form a creative pod that models an Agile Mindset for others.

It is valuable for innovators to have support from others to help structure and guide their learning process as they explore new agile-based learning experiences.

The strategic role of Innovators is to inspire Early Adopters.
